Our Process

Quotes:

 

You can contact us through our online quote form, located here or by texting 313-752-1300 

We come out in person to walk around the exterior of your home to view the windows (or requested service area).  We do this in order to provide you with the most accurate quote possible. Please let us know if you have special requests or would prefer to be home when we come by. Otherwise, we'll simply contact you with a quote when we're done and get your service scheduled.

Elements that go into quotes:

  • Number of windows

  • Type of windows (refer to this website to better understand your windows)

  • Number, height, and difficulty of ladder placements

  • State of windows (paint on windows, extremely dirty, post construction debris present)

NOTE: If your windows have never been professionally cleaned there may be post construction debris on them such as silicone, sticker residue, paint, etc. Some times this is not noticeable until we begin to clean the windows. If construction debris is present it may effect the price and is something we will discuss before proceeding with the clean. The same issue may come up with hard water stains which require a special product and method to remove. We aim to do our best work, every time and will always inform you if there are special procedures necessary.

Scheduling:

If the quote is agreed upon we will set up a time for us to come out. We work from 8am to 8pm Monday thru Saturday. As long as time/job size allows, we can can usually perform all services same day. 

Upon scheduling, you will receive an emailed or text confirmation based on your preferred method of communication. All invoices are emailed and may be paid via online portal at time of service. We take all major credit cards, PayPal, and direct ACH. We can take checks upon request. Sorry, we do not take cash at this time.

Cancellations:

If the weather is forecasted to be below freezing, or if rain is forecasted for the entire day, we may reschedule for safety/quality purposes. In warmer months, we expect sporadic rain falls and do not reschedule for quick showers. If we need to reschedule a clean, we will contact you immediately or as soon as possible.  We will reschedule to the next available spot. If you feel that it’d be best to reschedule due to weather, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for our crews.

NOTE: We are very thankful for every customer we serve and want you to be 100% satisfied with our work. We also depend on clients honoring the time you are scheduled for. Last minute cancellations often mean our employees are without work for the day. For this reason, we have a $50 cancellation fee for any cancellation within 48 hours of our scheduled appointment. This of course does not relate to cancellations due to weather.

Guarantee:

As we are a team that values hard work, we absolutely guarantee our work. If you are not happy or see streaks or anything missing, please let us know within 2 days and we will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

 

We are not able to honor the guarantee after 48 hours due to extenuating circumstances that may render your windows dirty at no fault of the clean. Pressure Washing:  We offer home washing and driveway pressure washing services.  Removing the dirt and grime from your home and driveway is recommended to do at least once a year. Regular pressure washing also protects your home siding to keep it looking fresh and in great condition!

The Works provides 15% off the total price of 3 or more services. We can schedule these services on either the same or separate days (of course, dependent on time and weather allowing). All services must be requested/booked together to receive this discount and must be paid at time of last completed service.
