1. Is Morris Family Windows licensed and insured?
YES. Operating without a license or insurance is gross negligence and ultimately hurts the customer you are serving. Morris Family Windows, LLC chooses to protect ourselves and our customers and are both licensed and insured fo the work we do.
2. Are your chemicals safe?
YES. We choose to purchase high end, low pressure washing cleansers that are formulated to provide the highest level of cleaning power and are 100% safe, meaning they won’t hurt children, plants, or animals when used properly.
3. Will pressure washing break my windows or strip my paint?
NO. We never use high pressure to clean homes. We use the softwash technique, which is a combination of low water pressure and gentle detergents, to ensure your windows, siding, paint and other building materials are safe from damage.
4. Can you remove those stubborn black streaks on my gutters?
YES. The black streaks on your gutters come from the asphalt contained in your roof shingles. We use a special detergent and will actually hand scrub your gutters to remove the stains to leave your home, fascia, and gutters sparkling!
5. Does Morris Family Windows do gutter or home siding repairs?
NO. We do not do any repairs simply because we are not licensed and insured for such (yet). We will always let you know if any concerns arise with the condition of your home, windows, or gutters and will happily recommend repair professionals in the area.
