2020 Updates: A Letter to Our Clients

By Owner Michael Morris

March 1, 2020

As the world undergoes major changes in these trying times, we must also learn to adapt to new environments. With the evidence shown from medical journals and the evaluation of potential health risks to family and community, we have decided to extend our COVID-19 policies throughout the 2020 season. This is how we are learning to adapt:

  1. We will not be doing any interior work this season (which stinks, we really enjoy getting out of the heat sometimes). This means if your screens release from the inside, you will need to release them for us before/upon arrival. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

  2. Team members will continue to wear masks during service, please do not be alarmed.

  3. Also, our team will be riding in separate vehicles, which means there will be two vehicles on site for each job.

  4. We will continue to use the highest standard of cleaning products and procedures to ensure all tools and materials are properly sanitized.

This decision came with much deliberation and ultimately are about both family and civic responsibility. My wife has two auto-immune diseases and my son is 19 months old. One of my employees is consistently with elderly family members. Among these and other examples, we feel the safety of family and community members take top priority.

Note, We will be closed during peak winter season from December 15th-February 15th and will revaluate policies at that time according to any new information available.

Again, we cannot begin to apologize enough for the inconvenience this causes, but we do thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to serving you Grosse Pointe and Saint Clair Shores communities.

“There is only one way to survive and thrive when faced with circumstances out of our control - and that is to adapt” ― Charles F Glassman

Thank you,

Michael Morris
